CRX Select
Receivables Finance
You choose which debtors to include and which receivables to sell. Banks on the marketplace assess risk at the individual debtor level, which means pricing reflects the actual credit quality of each debtor rather than a blended portfolio rate. You stay in full control of what you sell, when, and to whom.
How It Works
You select the invoices you want to sell. Through the ERP integration, the invoices are automatically uploaded to the CRX marketplace.
Your selected financing partners price your receivables based on individual debtor risk. The platform automatically selects the best available rate for each invoice.
You receive early payment from the true-sale of your receivables.
You remain collection agent. When your debtor pays at maturity, the collected amount is forwarded to the financing partner automatically.
Your Advantages
Debtor-Level Pricing
Each debtor is assessed individually. Strong debtors mean better rates, not averaged out across a portfolio.
Continuous Price Optimization
Multiple financing partners price your receivables in competition. This dynamic consistently drives rates down.
Full Risk Transfer
Receivables are sold as a true sale. Once sold, the credit risk sits with the financing partner, not with you.
Maximum Flexibility
You choose which debtors and invoices to sell, with no obligation to sell. Precisely manage your liquidity and risk exposure on your terms.
No Impact on Customer Relationships
The sale of receivables typically proceeds as an undisclosed assignment. Your customers are not contacted or informed.
100% Payout Ratio
You receive the full nominal value of your invoices, no reserves or retained amounts.
